Situation:

With the appointment of a new CEO, the underperforming business needed a fundamental strategy review and culture change to move from a production to a consulting business.


Action:

Led the cultural re-alignment needed to achieve business results through: the introduction of a performance-based culture across the organization with accountability of outcomes at the corporate, team and individual levels ; led the implementation of a full organization structure redesign to enable the strategic plan; built the executive leadership team; created career paths and structures using Towers Watson methodology. These actions were based on alignment of the talent management approach with the business strategy.


Results:

  • 80% Increase in satisfaction for in-house HR impact by aligning HR strategy and solutions
  • Increased employee engagement scores by more than 15 index points
  • Reduced employee churn by 30% within a 12-month period
